Without a confirmation email, your reservation will not be taken into account by our system.

booking tips:

1. Once your bank imprint has been validated by your bank, you must wait until you return to our Zenchef reservation site. (Your bank's validation does not constitute confirmation of your reservation. Only Zenchef can confirm it).

2. Check that you have received the confirmation email within minutes of your request.

We can also be reached by telephone on our opening days to make your reservation together.

We are happy to tailor menus to accommodate your allergies or dietary restrictions with advance notice. On-site menu changes without prior notice cannot be guaranteed.

For our guests with reduced mobility or preferring to avoid the main staircase, we invite you to specify your preference when booking in order to be seated in our "upper room". As places are limited, we cannot guarantee you a table in this room without prior reservation.

Trips for our "young shoots" are available upon request. We invite you to contact us by phone to discuss this in person and plan their meals.

It is also possible for smaller seeds to arrive at our premises in their carriages with prior notice. As our establishment does not have large aisles, we cannot guarantee space to park your stroller around your table without prior notice.

bank imprint for all dinner reservations and for more than 4 people for lunch (cancellation free of charge up to 1 hour before the start of service).

If our service is marked as full, please feel free to ask us to be placed on the waiting list. We regularly have cancellations, even at the last minute.
